The word Buti means derives from Indian Marathi and translates as follows;
“To cure something that is hidden.”

When I first heard of a fitness class that combined yoga and primal movement I literally signed up to get my certification having taken zero classes.
I immediately knew that I was supposed to be a part of this in a huge way.
Buti yoga allows me to combine my 9+ years of teaching dance and my science background in Anatomy in a way that I never thought possible.
Buti Yoga is a beautiful melting pot of tribal dance, yoga sequences, and strength training. This workout is like, a way more fun HIIT workout. This practice is not only fantastic at scorching calories but it also works to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. It is sweaty, invigorating, elevating and truly transformative.
Buti yoga works to awaken our shakti, which is our divine feminine energy. It also works to activate and clear our root and sacral chakras.
It is liberating, earth shaking and a damn good workout.
HotCore utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to strengthen all layers of your core muscles. It is a focused functional exercise and is an add on to a Buti Yoga class.
Together, we will shake our bones, support each other and empower ourselves to be the biggest versions of ourselves possible.
It is such an honor to lead this practice.
