In today's world, we often don't fully utilize the way our bodies were meant to move. Thus leaving us unable to perform certain tasks or having to modify. These moves are meant to reconnect us with the way our bodies are built to thrive.
Simple repetitions are built upon and short bursts of higher intensity moves will tone and tighten the body as well as build the muscles we need to move with ease and grace.
Often times, unresolved issues, worry and stress can become stagnant in our physical bodies. With this guided energy work we utilize the placement and movement of our hands near our 7 main chakras and use our breath to cleanse and detoxify any negative energy. This is healing on an energetic level and will allow you to release and renew in order to create new space.
Although Savage Soul Sessions can easily be modified for all levels the heartbeat of the sessions are that we keep moving! Whether it's low impact recovery movement or higher interval training moves, we aim to elevate the heart rate and keep it going. Not only does this keep the heart healthy and blood flowing but the elevated heart rate will stay with you for over an hour after class burning calories.
